Equip classes meet on Sunday morning from 9:30 – 10:30.
Beginning September 15th, we will be offering these 11-week adult Equip classes:
101: The Story of Hope (led by Kerry Gleason)
If you are new to Christianity and beginning to examine its claims, then this class is for you! Each week you will discover what Christianity is all about. This class will be a small group environment with a class size of about 5. If you feel like you need to learn more or have questions you’ll find The Story of Hope to be a safe place for you to learn and discover!
Equip 201: LIVING By the BOOK (led by Mike Myers)
How would you describe your personal Bible study? Mundane or motivational? Lackluster or lively? Redundant or reviving? In this study Howard and Bill Hendricks offer a practical 3-step process that will help you master simple yet effective inductive methods of observation, interpretation, and application that will make all the difference in your time with God’s Word! (This class utilizes a book that will be a helpful aid to you, though it is not required. A $10 donation is recommended to have your own copy!)
Equip 301: The Epistle of James:faith works! (led by John & Tom Gribbin)
Christians in general and Bible students in particular have gotten bogged down in the discussion between faith and works, wondering which one really counts. All that James wanted to show people in his day was that faith and works are equally important in the Christian’s life. We hope to bring clarity to your life in this study on faith!
